Thepoolguy.uk is the official selling site of all pool guy products.
Any product not bought via thepoolguy.uk may not be a legitimate pool guy item and will not be covered by any guarantees.
Orders are limited to a Max No. of 3 of the same product per order.
Orders can not be re sold on any other market place
Additional customs for shipping outside the UK will be charged on top.

Shipping is worldwide
All orders will be shipped with in 3 working days
Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Parcleforce or UPS depending on size of item and destinations it is going too. All orders will be issued with a tracking number.
Shipping days are Monday-Friday. No shipping will take place over the weekend.
Please allow 7 working days from order date to receive your item before contacting us for UK orders.
Please allow 14 working days from order date to recieve your item before contacting us for worldwide orders. It may take longer due to import and customs clearance depending on the country it is enterting.
Any lost orders will be fully reimbursed.

All products must be returned within 14 days of order date.
All returns must be unused and in original packaging.
Return costs must be paid for by the customer.
